    HOUSE BILLS

HB2966               TRANSFERRED TO SENATE, NOT YET ASSIGNED TO COMMITTEE

HB2870               TRANSFERRED TO SENATE, NOT YET ASSIGNED TO COMMITTEE

This bill would ban people on probation from living in the same home if their risk level, which is a highly subjective measure, is assessed at a level 2 or level 3.

AMENDED to exclude supervised group homes and treatment centers.

HB2413                NEVER GOT A HEARING IN THE HOUSE; MAY BE DEAD, MAY COME BACK

Requires electronic monitoring for those on the sexual offense registry who are unhoused.

Send an email to DFarnsworth@azleg.gov  and Kpowell@azleg.gov thanking them for their courage in supporting those who have been caught up in this scheme. They have both taken a great deal of political heat over their support for our people.
